Refund policy

At Narrativ. we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.
If there is a concern, you can return the product for an exchange or store credit.
For online purchases the item is to be returned within 30 days, and for in store purchases the item is to be returned within 14 days using one of the following methods:

Online Purchases:
Please return item to Narrativ. 65 Alexandra St Te Awamutu, 3800.

The item must be in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc.

Please have your receipt with you as proof of purchase.

If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.

In store purchases:
Please return to Narrativ. 65 Alexandra St, Te Awamutu 3800.

If you have purchased the product in store you have 14 days to return with receipt as proof of purchase.

The item must be in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc.

For all returns, we will refuse any items where it is obvious that the above conditions have not been met.
