Shipping, Returns + In-Store Pick Ups
Ordering online + picking up in-store.
Shopping made easy. You can order online and pick up in-store during our opening times 9:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday or 9:30 - 1:30 Saturdays.
We'll send you an order confirmation email to say we've received your order and another to let you know when its ready to be picked up.
** Please note, we will not send any orders out where you have chosen 'Pick Up' as your delivery method. ** - If you have accidentally selected this - please email us on info.narrativnz@gmail.com.
Please note that our online stock is exactly the same as our in store stock. Therefore, if we are sold out of a style online this means it is gone in store too. This also means that on occasion something may sell in store at the same time as online, on the rare occasion this happens we will attempt to solve the problem in a timely manner. Where possible we will attempt to re order the product otherwise issue a prompt refund.
Shipping.
We use Go Sweet Spot alongside Post Haste Couriers with track and trace within New Zealand which allows us to give you the best shipping prices.
You'll be sent an email when your order has been picked up and you can track this along the way.
Orders sent to residential properties within NZ, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery, however shipping rural or to the South Island can take between 2 - 4 days.
** We do not send to PO Box addresses **
** If an item is considered oversized we will send you an email as there will most likely be an extra shipping fee which will be noted in the email. The extra charge is calculated on our end once we have packaged + processed your address **
We carefully wrap all online orders in brown paper and twine & offer complimentary gift wrapping & handwritten notes, just put this in the comments section on checkout if you would like your order gift wrapped.
Returns.
Narrativ. stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, it can be returned for store credit or exchanged, provided that it is as new and in saleable condition and returned within 14 days of being received by you.
** Any purchases made by Afterpay are unable to be exchanged or returned **
Online Purchases:

- The item must be in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc.
- Please have your receipt with you as proof of purchase.
- If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.
- Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
In store purchases:

- If you have purchased the product in store you have 14 days to return with receipt as proof of purchase.

There are will be no returns or exchanges on sale items.
