Pregnancy
Use The Side Piece as you wish - be it to cradle your growing belly, support aching hips, knees or your back, you can mould her and shape her to where you find most comfortable. 

Most mamas choose to use her when side lying to cradle your belly and place between the knees to support your aching knees. You can also use her behind you to stop back rolling and provide a little extra support to your back. 

The Side Piece has been designed so that she is long enough to use under the belly, between the knees/ankles and for some people you can use her as a head pillow as well - she really does it all!

Postpartum
