Herbalists Tips
Take at the first sign of symptoms and time the doses 2-3 hours apart over the day. The key is to top up regularly keeping to the recommended dose.
The syrup can be stired into a drink, added to juice or even poured over some yoghurt or ice cream - whatever it takes to get every dose in!
If you're giving Vira Guard to your little one as a maintenance product, give the recommended dose morning and night straight from the spoon for maximum potency.
Your child can take Children's Vira Guard with other Harker Herbal products. Try Children's Immune Boost for an alternatve daily immune support. This can be a good switch after recovery.
We always recommend a Vitamin C top up, especially if your little one is very active or a picky eater.
