Herbalist tips
For little ones with that dry tickly niggle, try to alternate daytime rests with light activity to keep mucus settling further down in the chest.
Pair this with Chest Soothe Night to calm the chest, and let them get a good night's sleep. It allows the body time to heal, and will do wonders for their mood the next day!

How to use

Take the recommended dose by age group:
Infants 0-1 years: 0.5ml
Children 1-2 years: 1 to 2ml ( 1/4 metric teaspoon)
