100% COTTON LINEN WHEAT BAG CONTAINING A SCENTED MINI COTTON MUSLIN FILLED BAG & GLASS DROPPER BOTTLE WITH AN ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND OF LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA (LAVENDER), SALVIA SCLAREA (CLARY SAGE) DILUTED TO 2% IN PRUNUS ARMENIACA (APRICOT OIL) INFUSED WITH ST JOHNS WORT

Directions: Heat the wheat bag (with the scented mini bag in the pocket) in the microwave for approximately 3min at 650w or 2.5min at 700w (make sure the microwave plate is clean and dry). Use a combination of heat application with the massage oil. Apply the oil by firmly massaging into the lower abdomen and back as well as acupressure points around ankles and hands. Start application from early stages of labour and re apply every 30min or as desired. 

If scent fades in the mini muslin bag, simply add a few extra drops of the oil blend. Only apply massage oil topically during labour- dilution rate not suitable for skin application during pregnancy (use wheat bag on its own). Do not wash in washing machine; sponge clean with warm water and mild detergent.

This wheatbag is also great to use for Afterbirth cramps too.
