Parfum (Lavender), Benzyl Alcohol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Citric Acid, Linalool, Limonene

Directions
Massage 2 sprays on the bottom of each foot 10 - 30mins before bed. Can also be used
directly on areas of discomfort to help manage growing pains. Avoid sensitive or irritated
skin, external use only.
